Chef Matt Weirich is the Bacon King, as crowned Saturday night at the Louisville Visual Art Association’s Bacon Ball at Oxmoor Farm. Matt’s won the People’s Choice award with a morell mushroom macaron with bacon jam. Congratulations to Matt and his helpers for bringing the win home to New Albany.
