Just tried the Seppuku IPA at BBC St Matthews. One word... Awesome!

It's a 9% imperial IPA at 104 IBU's. Great hop aroma and flavor. Centennial seems to be the dominating finishing hop, but I think Jeremy Hunt said he was also going to use Sorachi Ace in this beer. Anyhow, it's a great beer, and I'm thrilled that Jeremy has graced St Matthews with his brewing prowess.

Is he changing all the beers up or is he just adding in new ones now and then?

Don't know. I think this was his first beer where he had total control. Looking forward to new ones based on this first beer.
