Post Most Valuable (non essential) Piece of Equipment

I've got online gift certificates to use, and I'm looking at some equipment to buy for my homebrew repertoire. My capper right now is downright awful, so I was looking into something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Super-Agata-Bench-Bottle-Capper/dp/B000Q638P2. Don't know anyone's experience with this.

A better question would be to ask all louisville homebrewers what their most valuable nonessential piece of homebrewing equipment is. Don't read too much into semantics by telling me every piece is essential. You know what I mean. I do all extract/speciality grain batches. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

being able to do a full boil is nice, I noticed a change for the better when I did that. Plus if you have someone who lives with you and hates the smell, with the propane burner you'll be forced outside. Also...if you do full boils you'd want a wort chiller of somekind. its a big jump as far as cost is concerned, but if you plan on sticking with the hobby and moving up to all-grain it wont be wasted.

there are some great recipe books or just general brewing books out there that are really helpful.
