Against the Grain Brewery to start bottling in 2013

Against the Grain’s Sam Cruz let us know that in 2013 they will be doing some exclusive bottling runs. They’ll be bottling 22oz bombers and 750ml bottles in small batches, limited to 200 cases of each 22oz run, and 100 or less cases of the 750ml runs. They will release 3 different brands over time, starting with 2 different IPAs in 22oz bombers (details of which beers forthcoming). The 750Mls will be reserved for special releases (I’m crossing my fingers for some Bo & Luke).

Sam told us that a large portion of each brand will leave the local market to represent Kentucky brewing in the best places all over the world. The artwork on the bottles will be done by the über-talented, Robby Davis.

Check back for more details as we get them. You heard it here first, folks!

(And Sam didn’t even crack a smile when he mentioned having “22oz runs”, so you know they’re serious!)

I like the beer.
