S cott Lykins and I headed over to Lexington this afternoon to witness the brewing of a special Christmas Ale from Country Boy Brewing. Scott’s dad makes some of the best sorghum I’ve ever eaten, and the Country Boys decided to use it in their upcoming Christmas Ale. The brewery smelled like we walked into a Dickens novel (they made beer in A Christmas Carol, right?). Ginger, fresh-ground coriander, orange peel and Morgan County Sorghum are sure to come together in another great beer from our pals in Lexington. We’ll go back in a few weeks for the release, and report back.

Enjoy some photos until then…
